- Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customers issues.

- Stay up to date with system information, changes, and updates.

- Determining further actions and reaching a final resolution of customer tickets received.

- Follow standard processes and procedures.

- Problem solve by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.

- Implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems.

- Hours fluctuate depending on business needs.

- Inbound and Outbound call and email support.

- Provide remote assistance for each store regarding about the POS.

- Resolve merchant service escalations, i.e. technical problems, training retailers, etc.

- Communicate proficiently in written and spoken Spanish and English

- Other duties as necessary to support merchants.
