IDT Telecom’s brand IDT Express is looking for an enthusiastic inbound sales manager who will report to the Vice President of IDT Express.
We are a fast growing online business in the wholesale VoIP industry. And are looking to expand our global sales team. Although the brand is a decade old, we are evolving every day based upon environmental changes. As new product ideas & new applications for existing voice & DID products want self-driven, passionate, sales – minded individuals to help grow our business. IDT Express is part of IDT Telecom (NYSE: IDT)
You'd be able to:
- Engage with the inbound lead prospects coming in through various marketing funnels. Understand customers’ requirements and how explain IDT Express’ products meet their needs.
- Provide solutions/ knowledge and encourage them to try our services
- Learn & become subject matter experts of our products and services and educate prospects in making buying decisions
- Show professionalism, courtesy & confidence in every interaction
- Navigate tools including CRM application and internal systems
- Efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
- Bring your A game & close sales
We'd prefer to see:
- 1-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based arena (retail,B2B, SaaS, Account Manager, etc.)
- Graduate degree or equivalent required
- Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize the day and manage multiple sales stages
- Self-motivation to drive metrics, results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Regular and reliable attendance
- CRM experience is a plus
