What is the Role?
The Account Manager is a key member in ensuring campaigns are a success! As an Account Manager, you are organized and ops driven and will manage the day-to-day communications internally and externally for active campaigns. From client updates to tracking timelines, the Account Manager is pivotal in managing all elements of the process. The Account Manager also keeps a pulse on the trends and the digital landscape and can provide clients with strong POVs throughout the partnership.

What Does Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

    • Lead the charge in managing campaign timelines, client communications and talent communications for a seamless campaign
    • Work to build and maintain reputable relationships with clients as you will be their go-to source for all elements of the campaign
    • Be able to efficiently communicate with teams cross-functionally to align and delegate tasks for respective campaigns
    • Must be two-steps ahead and ready to problem solve any challenge that may arise throughout a campaign, with the client’s best interest in mind
    • Recommend key strategies to clients with strong reasoning based on their needs
    • Review talent creative and assets to ensure they are of high quality and exceed brand standards
    • Provide timely campaign updates and feedback to clients and talent
    • Create wrap reports based on campaign performance and metrics to tell a captivating brand story 
    • Work on internal collateral to help grow company culture and team efficiencies 
    • Thrive in a team environment and must be a team player

Our Ideal Candidate

    • 3-4 years experience in marketing, talent relations or social media
    • In-depth knowledge of all social platforms, trends, strategies and best practices
    • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
    • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office expert
    • Enjoy thinking out of the box and have a creative mindset
    • Determined to provide top tier service to clients
    • Be ready to have fun!
