Igloo Insure is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to be a part of the Malaysia Leadership team. The candidate brings with him/her strong experience in managing sales force (eg Direct Sales) preferably from the General Insurance domain.

What you will do:

Business and Manpower (team) development
·       Identify and engage with sales and distribution opportunities across Malaysia, optimizing Igloo’s cutting edge technology platforms
·       Activate and sustain production and drive key outcomes in terms of Product width and delivered GWP
·       Cross-pollinate best practice across markets in APAC for development of sales-partnerships

Business Leadership
·       Be part of the strategic leadership team for Malaysia business at Igloo, and help grow Igloo into Malaysia’s dominant Insurtech offering the full-service proposition to our customers
·       On-board, develop and grow the sales team under the assigned businesses, in a comprehensive and timely manner
·       Act as primary owner for resolution of business issues across the board
·       Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely and quality onboarding of new distribution and related product launches. Help establish and ensure insurance services policies, procedures and contracting processes are in accordance with the company business standards and local regulatory requirements
·       Ideate on new opportunities and grow existing accounts
