As an intern in the Illumination Academy you will take part in cross company learning, work alongside studio executives, and have a seat at the table in our latest endeavors. 
Illumination is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for the Spring 2020 semester to work closely with our Digital team. If you are someone that is social media savvy, has a pulse on emerging technologies, and wants to understand the business behind the brand then this is the internship for you! 


    • Maintain and systematize social content pipeline
    • Manage social editorial workflow
    • Gather reference material for projects
    • Log incoming assets
    • Monitor social platforms for engagement
    • Assist in online community management
    • Create and pitch digital posts
    • Other tasks as assigned


    • Availability to work 20-40 hours per
    • Must be available for a minimum of 12 weeks
    • Must be enrolled in an accredited, degree-granting school with a minimum GPA of a 3.0
    • Preferred major(s): Digital Arts/ Media, Communications, or Digital Marketing
    • User of social, search and video networking sites like YouTube, Facebook, and Google; with general understanding of each platform’s features
    • Computer literacy in MS Office programs, light video editing, and social management platforms
    • Demonstrated skill and knowledge of social editorial content
    • Passion for emerging technologies and services
    • Critical thinker possessing excellent writing and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task 
    • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into revised work
