You will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis across Investment Functions, Capital Strategy and Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, cash flow modeling, and strong analytical skills.
You will:
- Own and manage the development and ongoing evolution of financial models across various functions of IMMO’s business
- Act as a subject matter expert for cash flow modelling, finance, and real estate dynamics & analysis
- Model returns and analyses for investors across the capital stack, analysing equity, debt.
- Think critically about capital structures, inputs, and investment dynamics to achieve the optimal investment outcomes
- Prepare investment memorandums
- Advise internally on investment transactions
- Present projections and analyses to investors
- Proactively manage key stakeholders and teams
- Develop and coach junior members across the investment teams (analysts and interns)
You have:
- Expertise in building, deploying and maintaining financial models
- Corporate finance knowledge
- Meaningful experience in real estate analysis and an understanding of capital structures & key real estate metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and presentation skills (slides/presentations).
- Personable with ability to work in a team environment, managing upwards and downwards and giving and providing feedback.
- Highly motivated and keen to learn in a continuously changing environment.
- Experience working under pressure
- Corporate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Debt Fund or Real Estate know how
