Overview:
As a People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing our organization's entire people value chain. Working closely with managers, you'll ensure a high-quality and strategically aligned people service that fosters a best-in-class working environment and employee experience. Your keen understanding of organizational culture and engagement will drive proactive responses to changes, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions that will contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate closely with Line Managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Support in drafting comprehensive Job Descriptions.
Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Ensure accurate placement of job adverts across appropriate channels.
Manage candidate assessments and shortlisting, ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes continuously.

Onboarding & Offboarding:
Ensure seamless onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Verify and maintain the accuracy and accessibility of training materials.
Conduct follow-ups to complete probation reviews.
Working closely with Managers to support the writing of induction training plans.
Oversee all onboarding and offboarding activities.

People Partnering:
Collaborate with management to provide operational and strategic people support.
Cultivate strong relationships with employees, supporting their growth and development needs.
Prioritize internal talent mobility initiatives.
Support and drive continuous performance review processes.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
Serve as the local point of contact for employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.

People Operations:
Ensure effective communication of core business messages to the team.
Maintain the HRIS as the primary source of truth.
Enhance engagement through our performance management platform.
Analyze trends and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Update and maintain all HR documentation.
Refine HR policies and frameworks.
Monitor and manage employee attrition to meet company KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll in the country.
Compile monthly changes for payroll processing.
Manage and enhance the local benefits offering as required.
Conduct salary benchmarking for new roles.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
High levels of emotional intelligence.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
