We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead with a deep passion for the emerging field of Large Language Models (LLM) and its practical applications in the property technology (proptech) sector. As a forward-thinker with hands-on experience in popular open-source LLM libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, you will drive innovation and lead the development and implementation of LLM applications within the IMMO ecosystem.
In this role, you will integrate LLM models into our technology stack, leveraging the latest advances in AI technology to solve real-world problems at scale. You will mentor team members, helping them reach their full potential, while balancing speed to market with longevity and scalability to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a self-starting, energetic individual unafraid to question assumptions, your work will directly influence the growth and success of IMMO, and you will become the go-to expert in LLM technologies.
You will:
- Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement LLM applications and other AI features, driving innovation and company growth
- Provide architectural direction, manage technical debt, and set coding standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate LLM applications seamlessly
- Develop and manage knowledge retrieval databases, web services, and tools to scale IMMO's products
- Own problems and deliver end-to-end solutions across the technology stack
- Promote collaboration, mentor team members, and build appealing front-end applications
- Grow as a go-to expert in your areas of passion and work from our Chennai office in a hybrid model

You have:
- Strong computer science and programming fundamentals
- Proven full-stack technical lead experience
- Experience building web/mobile apps from scratch and managing/mentoring engineers
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with LLM libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and models (GPT-4, Claude)
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver on tight deadlines, and take projects from idea to implementation
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuous skill improvement
