YOUR ROLE
Immuta is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our newly created Integrated Campaigns team. Your mission is to deliver high growth globally within our Corporate segment through integrated marketing campaigns, working collaboratively across marketing and sales  to achieve demand generation targets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative growth marketer who operates with urgency and has experience developing, executing, and rigorously measuring global campaigns. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ YOU WILL

    • Build full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns for the Corporate segment, spanning paid, owned and earned channels. Determine goals, marketing tactics and offers to support growth in this segment. 
    • Work across the marketing team to develop and execute tactics that will drive pipeline and revenue for the Corporate segment and create a consistent experience across all channels. 
    • Develop campaign and channel metrics alongside your marketing partners. Leverage Looker insights to further improve demand generation efforts for the Corporate market. Report on the impact of campaigns across each segment and optimize over time. 
    • Work together with the product marketing team to leverage the latest Immuta product releases to drive demand. 
    • Communicate Corporate marketing plans with the wider marketing team and enable your counterparts in Public Sector and EMEA with strategic campaigns that can be repurposed. Establish a regular feedback loop with regional marketers.
    • Be a strategic partner to the Corporate sales team and establish a feedback loop to further improve marketing efforts for the segment. 
    • Plan and execute Corporate account based marketing strategies.
    • Develop and execute webinar campaigns targeting Corporate accounts and grow registrations. 
    • Optimize segment-specific nurture streams, testing new offers and messaging that improve conversions.
    • Work together with the Partner Marketing team on key partner programs to drive demand in the Corporate segment. 
    • Forecast demand on a monthly basis and update plan accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS/ WE VALUE

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing and ideally 3 years in a demand generation/campaigns role capacity in SaaS / technology companies. 
    • Experience building and executing successful marketing programs that  drive net new demand and contribute to customer expansion. You’re comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level.
    • Ability to thrive on teamwork and have a proven ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams from sales to marketing SME functions (digital, brand, product marketing, events, content) and regional marketing teams. 
    • Belief that marketing is part art and part science - and you approach your role with an eye towards both. You’re highly analytical and have experience proving the impact of marketing with data, but you also have a creative streak. 
    • Adept in campaign reporting and leveraging insights from analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, & Salesforce to improve campaign performance. 
    • Take a global approach to your role: you understand the nuances of global marketing and incorporate feedback from regional teams into campaign planning and execution.
    • Top notch communication skills - both written and verbal - and can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. 
    • Believe experimentation and risk-taking is central to driving growth, and you’re always testing new ideas.
    • Experience partnering with SDR teams to optimize lead conversion, and a strong record of working with Sales to exceed goals.
