Customer Success – Documentation & Training
Immuta is a data management platform purposefully built to accelerate the development of machine learning and AI. The world's largest enterprises rely on our software to enable their data scientists, data owners, and governance teams to work together, in a single digital platform, to access data faster and in a legal and ethical manner, lowering business risk and bridging the gap between the law and AI.
We are always on the lookout for world-class talent to join the team and we recognize that our employees are the heart and soul of our solutions. We focus on recruiting the most talented people, treating you right, and allowing you to do what you do best! Smart people want to work with smart people, and we love people who are passionate about what they do and are driven by identifying ways to do it better. Our People-centered culture ensures that your personal and professional interests are both supported and celebrated!

Providing thorough, concise, accurate, and well organized documentation of Immuta’s core product, installation, and integrations with other systems is critical to drive sales and ensure the success of our customers. You'll work on the Documentation & Training team, coordinating with other teams across the company to help produce quality documentation, articles, and training materials.

In addition to customer-facing documentation, the Documentation & Training Team is responsible for coordinating the production of internal systems documentation and training materials for customers and partners

You’re primary task is to become intimately familiar with every aspect of Immuta’s software, from integration points, to installation, to policy enforcement, to data analysis and to plan & create digestible, comprehensive, and high quality documentation for our customers and partners.

You’ll not be starting from scratch in this role. Immuta engineers have already built a large corpus of documentation, but we need someone to take ownership of this work, give it a consistent voice, identify gaps, create application-specific guides & videos, and ensure descriptions and images are always up to date.

You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and executives across our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to stay up to date on product & process changes, to plan documentation, and to task others with preliminary descriptions that you turn into proper documentation.

To be successful, you’ll need to be technical enough to grasp and describe some complicated software concepts, you’ll need to be a self-starter capable of planning large projects, and you’ll need to have the confidence to, from time to time, task & hold responsible senior software engineers and even some executives.

This documentation is maintained in Markdown and managed via Git. You’ll become familiar with these tools as well as video editing tools as a part of your job. Our documentation is served & built with a combination of tools including Python, Docker, Kubernetes (Helm), and AWS Codebuild. Should you have an interest in software development, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and take ownership of this automated process.

Beyond Immtua’s core documentation and user guides, you’ll be involved in the development of training materials and programs for customers, new employees, and partners. Finally, you’ll work with our Operations, IT, Customer Success, and Sales organizations to document internal processes.
