About The Role 🤔

The Head of Partner Growth will lead our global Partner Growth function. Partner Growth is responsible for the growth and retention of all managed game developer partners, including our most strategic partners. This role at Immutable demands a high attention to detail and a strong bias to action. Gaming is uncertain, and so the team must be working towards clear and actionable outcomes with partners - including ensuring successful launches on the Immutable platform, finding opportunities to further the adoption of Immutable’s platform products, and driving growth opportunities with the highest-confidence partners. As the team manages several concurrent streams, you will be driving focus on the most important areas through critical thinking, strategic planning and internal alignment

As a senior leader, you will be building, leading and evolving a world-class team. You will hire, inspire and develop your team in a rapidly scaling environment. Internally, you will gain detailed knowledge of the problems game developers are facing in web3, and use that to help other teams identify opportunities and solve gaps. This role will directly contribute to our commercial strategy, as well as represent the customer as inputs into several other key areas of Immutable.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

    • Facilitate the growth and retention of games by taking ownership of partnership growth plans, and accountability for the ongoing success and retention of all managed partners on the platform.
    • Become a trusted advisor to partners, understanding their needs and providing guidance on launching games in web3. You will be able to personally develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. This will include key ownership over transaction volume, revenue, and active buyer number targets over time.
    • Create and drive a world-class strategy for Partner Growth. You will design the operating model to bring this to life, including building OKRs, and health metrics and utilising data to generate insights.
    • Develop processes to identify upcoming hit games through data and invest heavily in building a detailed understanding of their plans to make them successful.
    • Share customer insights with several teams for planning, including PED, Marketing, Tokenomics, Solution Architecture, our Game Studio, Business Development and others. You will also coordinate with all of these teams to support the needs of our games.
    • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Partner Growth managers, fostering a culture of excellence, customer obsession and innovation.
    • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

    • 8+ years of experience building global, distributed teams working on Partner Growth, Account Management, or similar fields in your industry.
    • 5+ years of experience in top consulting firms, leading a wide range of successful projects closely related to emerging technology.
    • 5+ years working with executive-level stakeholders: You are comfortable interfacing with business customers through multiple channels, both async and synchronously, including with C-level profiles.
    • 4+ years of leadership experience.
    • Expertise in developer-based fields, building empathy for the developer and their needs.
    • Demonstrated success in surfacing and driving product enhancements and feature development to serve partners. 
    • Strong passion for gaming and Web3—this role will actively work on identifying opportunities with games on core game loops.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management ability.
    • Detail-oriented professional with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Gaming experience preferred and must be web3 curious.
