A bit about the role:

The role of our Community Engagement Lead is to create an ecosystem of die-hard advocates! This role has the opportunity to dig deep into existing community relationships and establish a team that will help to drive excitement, education and deep passion for Immutable X platform.

This role will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and the product team to influence product and commercial decisions to address key community concerns, convert followers, and identify community members who will be our most engaged and active advocates!

You will have the opportunity to:

    • Be the ‘face’ and ‘strong voice’ that the community will respect and follow in conjunction with our spokesperson
    • Become the expert of Immutable X and deeply understand the sentiment and needs of the Immutable X community
    • “Sell” the Immutable X protocol to the community and get them excited
    • Synthesise community feedback and ensure the community feels heard; Advocate community feedback to relevant teams (product, commercial, execs) to find a resolution
    • Identify and recruit die-hard advocates for the Immutable Army e.g. ambassador programs, content creator program
    • Manage community team members to scale impact on community morale across time zones and geographies and ensure engagement is increasing
    • Support engagement, sentiment, and retention by driving community activations e.g. AMAs, giveaways, game nights, partner collabs
    • Build and own avenues for community interaction like ambassador programs, town halls, bounty boards or governance voting

We would love you to have:

    • 3 years experience managing a marketing or community team for a tech company (ideally UGC, B2C, D2C or blockchain)
    • Crypto and NFT experience (paid or through communities e.g. DAOs, NFT communities)
