Impossible Aerospace is a rapidly growing Santa Clara startup founded by former Tesla and SpaceX engineers to build electric aircraft. We seek an intelligent, hard-working and organized Technical Recruiter to join the company. This can be an entry-level role requiring no experience, but previous recruiting experience is a major plus. 2 year or 4 year college degrees are required.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for engineering roles within Impossible Aerospace. You will be responsible for writing job specifications, managing leads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and selling candidates on the vision of the company. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
