We created the position of Human Resources Intern in response to a growing number of talented, driven applicants with exceptional academic and professional backgrounds. Are you currently completing your Bachelor’s or have begun your Master’s degree at a renowned university and are now seeking practical experience in the field of people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development?
Contrary to traditional companies, we offer the chance to sit next to some of the most successful serial entrepreneurs in Germany and switch to a fast-growing deep tech and cloud startup. You will work hands-on from day one and contribute to hyper-growth and help solve organizational growth challenges that change frequently. Your closest touchpoints are at C-1 level directly working with our Chief Talent Officer and our department leads (ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG).
What will you do
- Recruiting & Talent Sourcing: Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and sourcing improvements.
- Onboarding & Integration: Help refine and execute onboarding plans to ensure new hires feel welcomed, productive, and connected.
- HR Policy & Process Development: Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to support long-term growth and compliance.
- Employee Relations & Development: Engage with team members to support professional development processes and build a positive employee experience.
- Diversity, Inclusion & Culture: Aid in planning inclusive initiatives and team events to strengthen company culture.
What you bring to the table
- Above average achiever, a dynamic team player, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- An analytical mindset eager to understand the intricacies of organizational strategy and proactive in making improvements
- A strong desire to grow your career in a tech-driven environment at the forefront of cloud and deep tech
- A digital native who, even without programming skills, is passionate about technology and eager to embrace new tools
- Previous relevant experience in organizational strategy, HR, tech startups, or other dynamic, innovative settings
- Nearing completion of a BSc or Master's degree in Business, or a related field
