The Professional Services Tech Lead is pivotal in delivering complex SaaS solutions, focusing on building innovative data and attribution models. This role involves supervising and upskilling data analysts and engagement leads, continuously revising approaches, and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data modeling and attribution strategies that align with client objectives.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Professional Services Data Analysts and Engagement Leads, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Actively review and refine existing project delivery methodologies and analytics solutions to drive innovation and improve client satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, providing deep insights and strategic guidance to ensure project success.
- Meet with customers, define approaches, troubleshoot issues and explain solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with a proven track record in data engineering and analytics.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (or another programming language)
- Proficient in ETL processes, knowledge of DBT, kimble modelling, SQL-mech
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and refine Attribution models, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and other analytical frameworks Incrementality.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and team coaching skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
