We simplify complex data for marketing teams, enabling smarter budget decisions, campaign optimization, and ROI growth. Fresh off a $34M Series A funding round, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking passionate problem-solvers to join our mission.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role sits at the intersection of IT, automation, security, and AI. You’ll take ownership of automating and scaling internal workflows, building integrations across business systems, and developing intelligent internal agents and tools that boost productivity and security.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AI, scripting, and low-code platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier).
    • Create and manage integrations between tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Slack, and others.
    • Contribute to the development of internal AI-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and Cursor AI.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
    • Support InfoSec operations: manage access controls, automate security alerts and responses, and ensure compliance with best practices.
    • Maintain documentation and monitor system performance and reliability of automated processes.

Requirements

    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT automation, scripting, or systems integration.
    • Strong interest in automation, internal tooling, and AI-driven solutions.
    • Proficient in scripting languages like Python and/or JavaScript.
    • Demonstrated experience working with APIs and integrating SaaS tools.
    • Experience with platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, Slack, Make, n8n, or similar.
    • Familiarity with automation concepts, agentic systems, and AI toolchains.
    • Understanding of best practices in IT systems, access management, and cloud platforms.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

    • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
    • Exposure to InfoSec practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, SSO, RBAC).
    • Experience in building internal tooling for growing remote teams.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or personal automation/AI side projects.

What You’ll Get

    • A front-row seat to the future of AI-driven operations.
    • Freedom to experiment and grow - this is a playground for automation.
    • Work with a passionate team obsessed with scaling smart.
    • Opportunity to grow fast into a more senior technical role.
    • Generous Time Off: 27 days PTO + US holidays
    • Remote-first culture with asynchronous collaboration and results-driven hours.
