You will lead the execution of custom marketing solutions, collaborating with internal teams to develop scalable frameworks for client-specific communications that support new member activation, engagement, and retention. Acting as a primary liaison between Partner Marketing and Growth Marketing, you will ensure client requests are efficiently met without disrupting core marketing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Growth and Partner Marketing to ensure alignment on client communication needs and priorities. Collaborate directly with clients as a subject matter expert, share campaign insights with stakeholders, and provide feedback that translates client needs into actionable strategies. Partner with leadership to develop case studies, reference materials, and playbooks that guide internal teams and clients in leveraging scalable marketing solutions.
- Custom Campaign Execution & Standardization: Own the execution of client-specific marketing solutions while shifting from one-off requests to standardized, scalable packages. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to prioritize requests, attend client briefings, and translate needs into reusable solutions. Expand creative template development and manage automation workflows to ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and consistently.
- Process Optimization & Scalability: Build and maintain a library of standardized campaign packages to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Develop a centralized deliverables calendar for visibility into timelines and milestones, and collaborate with stakeholders to proactively manage prioritization and address roadblocks. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation while aligning with Growth Marketing to balance executional tasks with high-priority initiatives.
- Testing, Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance and apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize standardized packages. Collaborate with analytics to ensure clear visibility into impact and share insights across teams in a timely manner. Document findings in a self-service model, enabling partners to easily access performance data, share results with clients, and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (agency, client-side, or B2B/B2C marketing).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms like HubSpot, Iterable, Mailchimp).
- Strong project management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly working with Partner Marketing, Creative, and Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and workflow optimization.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience within a Health-Tech or Virtual Health environment.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $70,190 - $91,250 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $77,209 - $100,375 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $84,228 - $109,500 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $91,247 - $118,625 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
