Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll live at the intersection of technology, marketing, and innovation—helping us elevate our marketing communications and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

    • MarTech Strategic Vision: Create and lead the execution and evolution of our MarTech strategy, partnering closely with colleagues from Engineering, IT and Product Management. In this capacity, you will create and lead the execution of MarTech evolution roadmap, and define “ideal state” for marketing technology across Consumer Marketing. As the strategic lead, you will communicate MarTech priorities, impact, and return on investment (ROI) to senior leadership across the organization.

    • Innovation & Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. Champion AI-driven initiatives to optimize campaigns, enhance segmentation, generate content, and derive advanced analytics, driving marketing innovation and effectiveness.

    • 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, including implementation or management of multi-touch attribution (MTA) or media mix modeling (MMM).
    • Strong project management skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders.
