Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Recruiting, we are looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior Recruiter with a proven background hiring across Finance and Analytics roles. As an important partner to the business, you will work with leadership teams to build a world-class team that enables data-driven decision-making and strong financial stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for Finance, and Analytics functions, while flexing into other corporate domains (Legal, People, Growth, Operations, Marketing) as needed.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build targeted pipelines of finance and analytics professionals from relevant industries, applying your expertise in market mapping and passive candidate engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance, Data, and Operations leadership to understand evolving needs and tailor recruitment strategies that inspire company performance.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Apply recruitment analytics to optimize processes, track pipeline health, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and transparent candidate experience from first touch through offer.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Finance, Accounting, or Analytics roles.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate finance and analytics functions, with proven ability to identify and engage top talent in these spaces.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
- Analytical Approach: Comfortable using metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness and advise stakeholders.
Pay:
Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
