Included Health is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Visual Designer to join our growing Consumer Marketing Content Strategy team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns across a multitude of channels, ultimately driving user registration and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs, thinks big picture, and manages multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads (display, portal banners), email templates, landing pages, print collateral (mailers, flyers, etc.), video storyboarding, and social media content.
    • Develop and maintain brand consistency ensuring all produced marketing materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Be heavily involved with the evolving design system, actively contributing to its development, documentation, and implementation across all marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the broader design team, copywriters, strategists, and growth marketing specialists to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
    • Utilize strategic thinking to influence design decisions, ensuring creative output aligns with marketing objectives and drives desired user behavior.
    • Conduct A/B testing on designs and analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in marketing design.
    • Exhibit great time management skills, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, if applicable.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in a marketing design role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional eye for detail and a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of marketing design work.
    • Proven track record of designing high-performing campaigns that successfully drive user registration and engagement.
    • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
    • Well-versed in designing for all marketing channels, including print, web, video, and social media.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design contributes to overall campaign success.
    • Ability to articulate design decisions and effectively present concepts to stakeholders.
    • Experience with animation and motion graphics is a strong plus.
    • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.

Bonus Points:

    • Experience working within an agile marketing environment.
    • Healthcare and/or Tech experience
    • Familiarity with project management tools.
    • After Effects, Premiere Pro experience is highly desirable

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
    • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
    • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
    • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
    • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $98,770 - $128,400 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $108,647 - $141,240 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $118,524 - $154,000 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $128,400 - $166,000 + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
