As a member of the team, you will build scalable solutions that improve customer-facing teams' ability to provide great service to our customers and communicate the value we bring. Reporting to Engineering Manager, Data Platform, you will help our company become an indispensable partner to our customers.
What you will do
- Develop features to provide more capabilities and improve the performance of our products
- Participate in cross-team efforts to ensure successful delivery against shared goals
- Contribute to end-to-end product solution, from designing to implementation to shipping to maintaining
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and apply them when faced with an ambiguous problem space
- You have a strong desire to grow and look to recognize growth areas
- Experience in our current technologies is a bonus — Golang, GraphQL, Java, Scala, Ruby, AWS
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner
$108,890 - $184,028 a year
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $108,890 - $141,560 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $125,224 - $162,794 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $136,113 - $176,950 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $141,557 - $184,028 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
