At Included Health, our mission is to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone. On the Guide team, we do this by taking the work out of getting the right care. The healthcare system is complex, fragmented, opaque, and decisions are high-stakes. In success, we are our members’ personal guide on their healthcare journey, delivering fast answers to their questions – whether clinical, financial, or administrative – and helping remove friction and obstacles along the way.

We are looking for a senior product manager to scale the delivery of exceptional answers and guidance to our members. This includes helping people find a high-quality doctor for individual needs as well as understanding and taking advantage of their coverage and insurance. This spans self-serve as well as human-in-the-loop experiences, inclusive of member-facing features as well as the tools and platforms our internal teams use to enable that.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building consumer experience that users love. They know how to blend the human touch and technology into exceptional experiences that scale. Experience leading zero to one product development, as well as improving existing experiences, is a must. A passion for working closely with a diverse team of cross-functional partners who are experts in their domains is critical. This Product Manager can cut through ambiguity and understands the work that goes into making complex things simple. They have strong product fundamentals and understand the impact technology can have on people’s lives and are excited to apply their skills in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a portfolio of features that make it easy to get the right answers to financial, administrative and clinical questions.
    • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, clinical, care, general managers, and other cross-functional partners to define member-centric experiences that scale.
    • Lead end-to-end product development for your area, including ideation, research, design, requirements definition, metrics specification, development, launch and iteration to craft quality product and service experiences and the tools that enable them.
    • Partner to define, implement, and rigorously monitor metrics and feedback cycles that quantify and describe the performance of the product areas you lead. Use these to identify where to focus next.

Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on consumer-facing products, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact products throughout the lifecycle.
    • 6+ years experience working with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional partners and domain experts to develop software products and technologies.
    • You have successfully led conception and launch of new products to a large number of users, and driven continuous improvement in product experiences using feedback and data.
    • You are exceptional at blending technology and human service into product experiences that scale, and designing experiences and the tools or solutions that enable them.
    • You have a strong point of view about what makes products great, informed by hands-on study of your product area, product sense, and understanding of the business.
    • You excel in highly collaborative environments and projects and have a strong track record of building trust with stakeholders. You are a quick study and active listener.
    • You embrace ambiguity and enjoy breaking down complex opportunities into elegant solutions.
    • You have deep empathy for end users, and keep them and their needs at the center of the product.
    • You have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and experience defining and measuring product goals and metrics.
    • You are a clear communicator with excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
