What we’re doing
Did you know it takes a member of congress, on average, 45 days to respond to even the most basic constituent request? We view this is as a fundamental breakdown in the UX of representative democracy and we're building a platform to fix it.

Indigov is a constituent relationship management suite for the modern representative. Our platform reduces average response times weeks to minutes for 90% of incoming messages. We have spent the last two years going through an exhaustive approval and legal review with U.S. Congress and are now live with member offices. We are expanding rapidly and need additional team members to join us in our pursuit to build the future of representative democracy.

Who we are
We are a group of technologists and entrepreneurs passionate about increasing the efficiency of representative democracy for both representatives and those they serve. We have been executives, technicians, and leaders at institutions such as U.S. Congress, Google, Dropbox, USDS, as well as large e-commerce, digital-first media, civic and gov-tech companies.

What you'll do
• Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Build out and own this function as our first Demand Generation hire
• Drive inbound leads by scaling repeatable marketing actions 
• Develop high-impact campaigns with meaningful touchpoints to our key buyers
• Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments
• Partner with sales, design, and professional services teams to generate creative assets Increase key email metrics such as open, click through, conversion rates by implementing testing methodologies
•  Own the measurement and reporting of marketing campaigns and channel performance

About you
• 2-5 years of Demand Gen experience, preferably a fast-growing b2b startup
• Experience with omnichannel marketing, including digital advertising, email, content marketing, and events
• A love for data and solution building, proactively identifying opportunities to test and iterate campaign ideas
• Experience telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo or other prefered marketing automation and/or CRM system
• Experience marketing to government is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
