The Role
As the Junior Sales Operations at INFINIT you will support our growing Sales and Revenue teams. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, CRM systems, data analysis, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and enable our sales team to succeed.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Assist in maintaining and optimising our CRM HubSpot
- Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance analytics
- Perform data hygiene and enrichment activities (e.g., cleaning and updating lead/contact records)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Support ad-hoc sales initiatives, tools implementation, or special projects
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Currently pursuing or graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Good analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms HubSpot or something similar is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous internship or project work in sales, operations, or data analys is preferred but not essential
