As a Product Manager at INFINIT, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap to ensure the success of our products in the market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that delight our customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative products that solve real-world problems.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements, ensure timely delivery of features, and drive product success.
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs through market research, user feedback, and data analysis, and use insights to inform product decisions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, track performance against targets, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- High proficiency with SQL
- Ability to read API docs
- Proficiency in speaking English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to commercialisation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and product metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term vision and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
