We are looking for a talented Backend Software Engineer Manager to join our team, you will lead a team of backend developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend solutions to support our applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Design: Lead the design and architecture of backend solutions to meet business requirements and scalability needs.
- Project Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of backend and front-end components.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial data security and privacy standards in all backend development activities.
- Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and transparency in development processes.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Backend Development Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience in backend development using C# and .NET, adhering to software engineering principles and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Web Development Knowledge: Knowledge of web development best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality backend solutions.
- Lean Management Experience: Proven management experience using Lean methodology
- RESTful Web Services Integration: Experience in integrating RESTful web services into backend systems to support seamless communication between components.
- Fintech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the fintech industry is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific requirements and standards.
