The Role

We’re looking for an e-commerce store manager to oversee all things Shopify at IO. With the development of our upcoming marketplace, we’ll need the person in this role to communicate with the Artist Relations team as well as the dev team, designers, and production, to make updates on the site from new products, new content, and new pages.

Responsibilities

    • Manage day to day site operations
    • Ensure consistency across site, product page layouts, product descriptions, etc.
    • Continually test the site to identity bugs
    • Communicate with the artist relations team to coordinate upcoming drops
    • Working with the CX team to identify recurring issues for FAQ updates
    • Manage and research Shopify apps to help streamline business

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience with Shopify
    • Experience working with e-commerce storefronts and/or marketplaces
    • Technical understanding of e-commerce experiences and platforms
    • The ability to be resourceful, highly organized, and a creative problem solver
    • Entrepreneurial spirit - this is a small team at a fast-paced startup, you'll need to be a self-starter who can complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
    • Excellent communication and a positive attitude - you'll be representing our brand directly to potential leads.
