Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support strategic hiring initiatives by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within a fintech startup, and a strong understanding of leveraging recruitment tools, especially Lever ATS.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across various functions.
Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Ensure efficient and accurate use of the Lever ATS, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and process management.
Develop and maintain dashboards and recruitment analytics to report on KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate).
Contribute to improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Support talent market mapping and research, particularly within the fintech sector.
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and ensure consistent candidate engagement.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, processes, and labor laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR analytics, preferably in a fintech startup environment.
Hands-on experience using Lever ATS is required.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization/reporting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred:
Experience supporting high-volume and cross-functional recruitment initiatives.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Talent Insights are a plus.
Exposure to regional and global talent markets, particularly in the fintech space.
