The Learning & Development Specialist supports the organization by designing, developing, and implementing learning projects. This role will primarily serve our Success and Sales teams.

    • Managing learning projects end-to-end: from pre-training analysis to post-training evaluation
    • Conducting needs analysis, including task, learner, and performance analyses
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts, managers, and business stakeholders to ensure buy-in of learning solutions
    • Designing learning plans, schedules, and curriculum using evidence-based training methods
    • Developing learning materials, including presentation materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and other content
    • Coordinating resources as needed, including rooms and technologies, to complete training initiatives
    • Presenting and facilitating classroom and virtual trainings
    • Measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives, evaluating the results, and implementing enhancements
    • Maintaining a library of learning assets
    • Maintaining knowledge of our products and services
    • Supporting related teams with special projects


    • Have at least 2 year experience developing and delivering learning solutions in a formal capacity
    • Have excellent needs analysis skills, including task and learner analysis
    • Are the type of person who does their research and pushes for answers
    • Are proficient instructional design and learning science skills
    • Are the type of person who can separate learning facts from fiction
    • Are proficient presentation and facilitation skills
    • Are the type of person who can read a room and keep everyone's attention
    • Have proficient technology skills
    • Know how to use G Suite (e.g. Slides), learning management systems (e.g. Articulate Online), e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Storyline), and content authoring tools (e.g. Snagit)
    • Are proficient writing and editing skills
    • Are the type of person who proofreads their text messages
    • Have proficient collaboration skills
    • Are the type of person who isn't afraid to work with others, handle conflict, and find solutions with them
    • Have fundamental project management skills
    • Are the type of person who can scope and manage learning projects, and you have a plan B when needed
    • Have fundamental evaluation and measurement skills
    • Know how to tie learning outcomes to business KPIs
    • Have fundamental information design and content development skills
    • Are the type of person who can create infographics to communicate abstract ideas
    • Sales experience or sales training experience is a plus
    • Web conferencing technology experience is a plus (e.g. Zoom)
