About This Position:
As a Senior Intelligence Visualization Analyst at INflow Federal, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing national defense strategy by supporting a strategic joint force division. Your work will directly inform senior decision-makers through the production of strategic assessments and realistic threat portrayals that shape future force development and capability investments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical and analytical lead in designing, developing, and delivering intelligence data visualization tools and products for senior stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess multi-source intelligence, integrating operational, technical, and strategic data into clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers at OSD.
- Develop and deliver finished intelligence products, including threat assessments on specific adversary systems, force posture, and emerging capabilities.
- Provide rigorous quality control on Joint intelligence products, ensuring accuracy, analytic integrity, and adherence to IC standards.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and curated datasets that support ongoing intelligence assessments and decision-making.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and fuse information from multiple authoritative sources.
- Present intelligence findings and data-driven insights to senior leaders, anticipating questions and tailoring content to diverse levels of technical expertise.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on intelligence analysis and visualization, advising leadership on analytic tradecraft and opportunities to enhance decision support.
- Collaborate with interagency and cross-functional partners to share data, validate intelligence, and integrate perspectives across domains.
- Mentor and train team members in analytic methodologies, visualization tools, and tradecraft best practices.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and emerging requirements, delivering rapid-turn intelligence assessments without compromising accuracy or depth.
Required Experience
- Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in intelligence operations, analysis, or collection management for the DoD.
- Proven experience in integrating multi-source data and creating actionable intelligence products.
- Proficiency in Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and other visualization/analysis tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and aggregating data from multiple systems and authoritative sources.
- Strong briefing skills with experience engaging senior military, government, or executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to data governance, validation, and interagency coordination.
- Ability to operate under pressure and deliver accurate results on tight timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with additional analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik, Advana) and relational data modeling.
- Familiarity with multi-domain intelligence disciplines (GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.).
- Instructional or training experience in data visualization or intelligence-related topics.
