Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, and deliver innovative web-based applications.
- Apply SharePoint 2010/2013 experience to configure and customize platform features.
- Build and modify SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer to improve efficiency.
- Create custom InfoPath forms tailored to mission needs.
- Support and enhance all aspects of SharePoint, including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types, policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, and permissions.
- Integrate and maintain 3rd-party SharePoint applications.
- Implement customization, branding, and templates using HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Produce thorough documentation and communicate effectively with technical teams and end users.
- Work directly with users and business analysts to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Utilize SharePoint business intelligence capabilities to provide actionable insights.
- Apply understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates for secure deployments.
- Use PowerShell scripting and SharePoint modules for automation and advanced configuration.
- Manage SharePoint applications for both document management and website publishing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.
- 3–5 years of SharePoint 2010/2013 development and customization.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with workflows, InfoPath, and SharePoint customization.
- Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, branding, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and certificates.
- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
