Job Summary: The Tower Technician III serves as the senior-level field technician responsible for leading tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This position plays a key role in training team members, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations, and ensuring adherence to scope, and safety and quality standards
· Climb and perform work on communication towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet
· Perform and oversee the installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of antennas, radios, hybrid cables, connectors, and mounts
· Interpret and ensure execution of construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications
· Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting, including sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber/connector inspections
· Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure all work is completed according to customer and Company standards
· Maintain and inspect rigging, hoisting, and climbing equipment to ensure proper use and safety
· Model safe behavior on-site and ensure crew participation in all safety protocols, meetings, and briefings
· Complete required documentation accurately, including daily reports, quality checklists, and site photos
· Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
· Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools, materials, and waste are properly handled and disposed of
· Assist the foreman in training, mentoring, and supporting less experienced team members in both technical skills and safety practices
· Travel regularly to job sites, which may include overnight stays
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Education: High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Experience:
· Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services
· Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations
· Proven ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others
· Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
· Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
· Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
· Must have or obtain and maintain Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification
· Other relevant certifications may be required per the scope of work being performed (i.e. NWSA Certification, Hazcom Certification, Blood Born Pathogen Certification, RF Safety Certification etc.)
Technical Skills:
· Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
· Advanced knowledge of wireless communication infrastructure and equipment
· Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and RF engineering documents
· Skilled in sweep, fiber, and PIM testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization
· Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
· Competence with GPS, test equipment, and site audit tools

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills
· Follows safety protocols and installation procedures with accuracy and care, and requires others to do the same
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
· Ability to climb vertically and pull one’s own body weight, along with necessary tools and equipment, up to 500 feet, and perform work at heights on towers and other elevated structures for extended periods
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly
· Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and grasp materials and tools with both hands
· Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, wind, or snow
· Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
· Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including fall protection harness, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
· Ability to climb and work at heights while wearing a safety harness, maintaining a total combined weight (which includes body weight, clothing, equipment, and tools) between 130 pounds and 310 pounds in accordance with industry fall protection standards
· Must be physically and mentally fit to perform tower rescues and participate in safety drills and training exercises
· Comfortable working in confined spaces and at varying elevations
· Ability to work long and unpredictable hours
· Ability to travel away from home up to 75% of the time, including weekends and extended travel. Travel includes local site travel or national travel depending on business needs.

I. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, WHY AND FOR HOW LONG
When you apply for a position at InfraServices, we collect or receive personal information at various stages in the application process as described below:
· Complete an application: During the application process, we collect, from you, your identifiers (name, email address, home and mobile telephone number, home address and your professional or employment information (resume/CV, certifications or licenses, qualifications, employment history, educational history, and references). We use your identifiers, sensitive identifiers, and your professional or employment information to review your background and skills, determine your qualifications for the role you are applying for, and to confirm information related to your education. For equal employment and affirmative action purposes, you also have the option to provide us with your protected classifications (gender, veteran status, and disability status) and sensitive protected classifications (race, ethnicity). We use this protected classification information for government reporting purposes, to comply with legal requirements, to analyze requested disability accommodations as applicable, and to keep a record of things like accommodations we provided to address your needs.
· Participate in an in-person interview: If you participate in an on-site interview with InfraServices, you may be required to register by signing a visitor log at any of our locations. Sites with video cameras may capture video recordings of you through our CCTV footage. We also collect video recordings of you automatically via CCTV systems on our premises. We use this information to ensure the security of InfraServices personnel and property.
· Information from references: InfraServices may conduct reference checks as part of our hiring process to gather insights relevant to your application. Upon request, we will obtain from your references your professional or employment information (confirmation of details on your resume/CV, certifications, qualifications, employment history, educational history) and inferences drawn from your references, such as their thoughts on your behavior, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. We use this personal information to assess your suitability for the position for which you have applied.
If you do not become an employee of InfraServices, we retain the information you provide to us for a period of four years. If you do not become an employee, we delete the information you provided to us in your profile unless we are required by law to maintain it, in which case we retain only what is legally required and only for as long as we are legally required to maintain it. General Sharing:
InfraServices shares applicant personal information in the following instances:
· Within InfraServices: We share applicant personal information among our hiring decision-makers (i.e. human resources department, senior management, and hiring managers) to assess applications and make hiring decisions. Access to applicant personal information is limited to those on a need to know basis.
· For legal purposes: We share applicant personal information with third parties, such as legal advisors, law enforcement agencies, or governmental/regulatory bodies in order to protect our legal interests and other rights, protect against fraud or other illegal activities, for risk management purposes, and to comply with legal obligations.
· During a corporate reorganization: Inthe event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, we would share applicant personal information. We will also share applicant personal information if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.

· With service providers: In the preceding twelve (12) months, InfraServices has shared applicant identifiers and professional or employment information with service providers that assist us in the application process. These service providers include our background check provider, cloud provider, and IT support provider.
For Sale: InfraServices does not sell or share applicant personal information for monetary consideration.InfraServices only sells or shares applicant personal information via cookies as described above. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
The California Privacy Rights Act, (“CPRA”) entitles California residents to certain rights. To the extent the CPRA applies to our processing of your personal information, you are entitled to the following rights:
§ Right to Access/Know: You have the right to request what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you. You may only submit a request for access twice within a twelve-month period.
§ Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we collect or maintain, subject to certain exceptions. For example, if we are required by law to retain the information that you are asking be deleted, we would not be able to delete the information until we are legally permitted to delete it.
· Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties. InfraServices does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of minors under the age of sixteen (16) years. We currently only sell or share personal information under CPRA via cookies. Our use of third-party cookies may be deemed a sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA.
§ Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights to access, delete, opt-out, correct, or limit the use of sensitive personal information under the CPRA.
§ Right to Correct: You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we collect or maintain.
§ Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: You have the right to limit the use of how we use your sensitive personal information. Sensitive information includes social security number, driver’s license number, biometric information, precise geolocation, and racial and ethnic origin. However, InfraServices does not process sensitive personal information in a manner which gives rise to this right.

IV. DO NOT TRACK

V. INFORMATION SECURITY

However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.
VI. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
InfraServices’s Career Website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete the personal information.
