About the role:

Injective Labs is seeking a talented and ambitious Growth Lead , based in Korea, to drive the expansion of our platform and ecosystem there. As the lead for the region, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various markets in Korea. You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and product teams to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and execute campaigns that drive user adoption and growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of the Korean market.
    • Identify and prioritize  both institutional and ecosystem opportunities
    • Create growth strategies for existing and prospective products and partnership
    • Identify and prioritize  both institutional and ecosystem opportunities in Korea
    • Attend industry events and hackathons to grow Injective's presence
    • Develop localized marketing campaigns, content, and messaging to resonate with target audiences across different countries and cultures.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallet providers, developers, influencers, and other ecosystem participants to expand the reach and adoption of Injective's platform
    • Collaborate with partners to co-create value-added services and initiatives that drive growth and engagement..
    • Build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community of users, developers, and enthusiasts in Korea
    • Foster relationships, facilitate discussions, and provide support to community members to foster loyalty and advocacy.

Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years experience  driving growth and adoption in Korea, within the crypto ,blockchain or Fintech industry.  understanding of the Korean crypto/DeFi market landscape, user behaviours, and cultural nuances.
    • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
    • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
    • Fluent Korean
