Company Overview

Tranquility is an innovative iCBT program which was founded in Halifax in 2017 by Dr. Alissa Pencer and Joel Muise, acquired by Green Shield Holdings in 2021, and merged with Inkblot in January 2022. Tranquility’s program includes digital CBT lessons, skill-based exercises, and guided-support programs proven to help users reduce and manage symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and depression. We are thrilled to offer Tranquility by Inkblot alongside our existing products, and provide our clients with yet another accessible mental health care solution.

Tranquility’s website & app delivers a dynamic program based on the gold-standard: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The platform allows our clients to access psycho-educational modules, use interactive tools, receive reminder notifications, and communicate with a coach over in-app messaging, phone & video calls, etc.
