Inkblot is looking to expand our provider resources in Canada. Specifically, we are actively recruiting Masters-level Practitioners who are offering in person and/or virtual sessions sessions in the following areas New Brunswick

There’s no cost or commitment to joining the Inkblot Practitioner Network. Members of the Inkblot Practitioner Network are matched with clients based on location, expertise, and client preferences. 

Job Summary

    • As a member of the Inkblot Therapist Network, your role is to:
    • Conduct online counselling services
    • Conduct in person counselling services (optional)
    • Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients
    • Conduct therapy sessions according to best practice standards 
    • Maintain thorough record and progress of sessions 
    • To remain calm and effective in challenging situations
    • Be reliable and punctual 
    • Be non-judgemental and accepting of diverse values and beliefs
    • Comply with all Inkblot policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

    • Registered and in good standing with The College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) or New Brunswick Association of Social Workers
    • Successful completion of a Master’s degree related in a relevant field;
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • Minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance coverage
    • Strong organizational and time management skills;
    • Knowledge of the responsibilities of a health information custodian under the Personal Health Information Protection Act and its regulations;
    • Ability to build a good rapport with clients and remain calm and effective in challenging situations;
    • Ability to work independently;
    • Reliable and self-aware;
    • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
    • Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset but not required.
