11TEN is looking for a dynamic leader to join our Innovation Strategy and Operations team – someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about working throughout the innovation process to bring new healthcare technologies and partnerships to life. You will be responsible for leading and managing 1-2 client projects at a time. A successful Manager will have very deep project delivery and leadership skills. You will have ownership and responsibility for project execution, client deliverables, and day-to-day project stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Responsible for running the day-to-day of project execution and all associated deliverables. Works collaboratively with the Senior Manager on project strategy and ensuring execution of aligned strategy with team members. Facilitating interviews, workshops, and client presentations
- Project Quality: Ensures all project materials meet 11TEN quality standards and being developed in line with project strategy. This includes playing a significant role in deliverable outlining and storyboarding for milestone presentations and workshops
- Client Relationships: Develops and strengthens project level relationships with client stakeholders and executives
- Team Development: For your project team members, you should be a guide and coach for the junior team members on consulting skills
- Internal Efforts: Be an internal leader by driving forward initiatives that roll up to company-wide initiatives, process and capability development efforts, and/or internal culture building initiatives
Qualifications
- Extensive project delivery experience with a track record of success executing consulting projects focused on innovation and future of health strategies to healthcare systems, life science companies, payers, med device companies, and/or technology companies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree focused on business, engineering, technology and/or healthcare strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates comfort facilitating various client meetings (ie interviews, workshops, presentations)
- Experienced at leading and developing 1-2 junior team members per project
- Natural at cultivating project level relations and supporting of account growth in collaboration with account leadership
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, are results-oriented, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Experienced supporting Leadership on ad-hoc business development & growth activities.
- You are willing to travel as needed (anticipated up to 15%)
