We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Innovation Strategy and Operations team. As an early member of the team you will have the opportunity to help set the foundation of the business while taking ownership of your client partner projects.

11TEN is looking for a dynamic team member to join our Innovation Strategy and Operations team – someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about working throughout the innovation process to bring new healthcare technologies and partnerships to life.  The successful candidate will be a strategy and operations consulting guru who is able to work collaboratively alongside healthcare systems, Fortune 1000 companies, and startups to help identify, execute, and validate innovation opportunities including new digital technologies, first of kind partnerships, and real-world pilots.  The candidate should be comfortable bringing structure to uncertainty by leading working sessions with stakeholders across the healthcare value chain to ideate, design, and validate innovation concepts of interest.
 
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for being proactive and supporting and/or leading project management and delivery, managing one or more project workstreams based on complexity and experience, developing deliverables and collateral for projects, owning and supporting client and partner stakeholder relationships, and supporting the overall growth of 11TEN.  The Associate will have very strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills so they can work closely with Managers, Sr. Managers, and Client Stakeholders to distill complex information into digestible presentations and documents.   

Primary Responsibilities

    • Supporting and/or leading workstreams of innovation strategy and delivery projects, including strategy development, end-user problem definition, research and discovery, process/product mapping and future state redesign, product prototyping and development, pilot and validation, technology integration, and design and solutioning workshops
    • Developing presentation decks, process maps, innovation prototypes, future state recommendations, data analyses, business cases, design/user experience mapping, financial models, or associated deliverables for consulting projects
    • Facilitating and/or supporting partner/client interviews, focus groups, and design-thinking sessions to inform ideation, problem identification, and solution design
    • Supporting innovation roadmaps and workshops to develop innovation strategy and project support materials
    • Researching relevant industry problems/trends/challenges/unmet needs and associated recommendations, frameworks, etc.
    • Researching and tracking ventures/startups, funding/deals, and exits in relevant industry areas
    • Managing and/or building relationships with innovation partner and client stakeholders
    • Supporting innovation program development and partner onboarding
    • Supporting company solution and product development to enhance delivery capabilities and standardization
    • Assisting with development and coaching of Analyst & Associate team members (as appropriate)

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA) in a discipline related to business, engineering, technology, and/or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in innovation strategy, technology, and/or healthcare consulting, or other relevant field
    • Previous consulting experience at a top tier firm with knowledge of the innovation strategy process and healthcare value chain is strongly preferred
    • You apply critical thinking and analytical skills; you can break down complex problems into component parts, perform research, structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present viable solutions with support
    • You are willing to travel as needed (anticipated up to 15%)
