Head of Revenue Operations

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and lead our RevOps function, ensuring that Sales, Customer Success, Key Account Management, and Marketing are fully aligned around a common operating model. This is a key leadership role where you will design the systems, processes, and insights that power our commercial growth.

Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the overall RevOps strategy, aligning with company growth goals
    • Lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics and Zendesk into HubSpot (Sales, Service, Marketing Hubs)
    • Build a scalable data model with clear definitions, governance, and reporting frameworks
    • Manage and develop a small RevOps team of three, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution
    • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, KAM, and Marketing to streamline processes across the full customer journey
    • Own revenue analytics, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
    • Drive automation, workflow optimization, and system adoption across the commercial teams
    • Implement enablement programs, onboarding, and training for GTM teams
    • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and smooth handovers between Sales, CS, KAM, and the rest of the organization

Who are we looking for:

    • Proven track record in senior RevOps leadership roles within high-growth B2B companies
    • Deep expertise in CRM and GTM tech stacks, ideally HubSpot
    • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (Winning by Design SPICED is a plus)
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to design and scale reporting frameworks
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience managing and developing small teams
    • Hands-on problem solver with the ability to balance strategy and execution
