The role:
We are recruiting a Student Assistant to join our Onboarding and Support team for a remote work position. Our Onboarding and Support team continuously strives for professional and expedient customer support related to their payments and configuration in the company’s systems. As our new Student Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for our morning weekend coverage of the Support function. In addition to the weekend coverage, you can expect additional working hours allocated during the week up to the maximum weekly hours in the contract. 

Your primary tasks will be:

    • Answer client queries regarding payments
    • Assist with configuration and technical information
    • Ensure proper escalation of client queries to the appropriate teams

Your profile:

    • You can work between 8 and 16 hours weekly. Weekend mornings are fixed.
    • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree
    • You speak and write English at a professional level
    • You are organized and have attention to detail
    • You are proactive and can work independently
    • You are a team-player and can communicate efficiently
    • Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Teams applications is an advantage, but not a requirement.
