The Role:
Inpay is seeking a Support Specialist to join our Funds Management Team based in central Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the most vital departments in Inpay’s value chain, responsible for managing our liquidity and payments. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Inpay’s corporate clients and partners advising on payments information and operational queries. In carrying out these tasks you are expected to always work in close collaboration with a variety of teams across the business and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
This is a temporary position expected to be running until March 1st, 2025.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Provide written customer support using Zendesk
- Payment investigation with the providers
- Bank Balance Reconciliation
- Treasury duties: reporting, audit, linking payments
- Assist in building best-in-class documentation for processes and procedures
- Maintain open and professional communications with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Spot areas where workflows can be improved and act on it.
Skills & qualifications:
- Experience with corporate customer service preferably in banking, finance, fintech or other related industries
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- You are tech-savvy and can perform administrator tasks in applications, experience with
- Excel skills and skilled in working with numbers
