About the role:

Inpay is looking for a skilled Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems and generating growth in a way that is valuable, usable, viable & feasible. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our peer-to-peer solution through innovative ways of attracting new customers, retaining existing customers and increasing customer lifetime value. Your primary responsibility will be to stimulate product growth through various means including new markets expansion and facilitating new feature adoption while creating customer and business value.

You will work in close partnership with multiple cross-functional teams: Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Operations to improve the customer journey, and frame avenues for solid product growth including making regular, incremental, and sustainable product enhancements

What you will do:

    • Help create a long-term product vision keeping in mind Inpay’s growth ambitions and business realities. Propagate understanding of and get buy-in from key stakeholders on this vision and the resultant strategic aspects.
    • Help create plans to achieve targeted product growth, set up goals to incrementally achieve the same, define and drive roadmap and tactics in line with the strategy.
    • Drive the day-to-day rigor of regular product work by partnering with your product development team and other members.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support for the product.

    • An ownership and learning mindset, strongly coupled with systematic, rational, and critical thinking.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive metrics and influence decision making led by evidence.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written English. Ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear, effective manner across wide range of audiences.
    • Confident navigating and executing in ambiguous situations with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced scale up environment.
    • A team player who can empathize with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications & experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a growth focussed role. Able to help shape long term vision and product strategy.
    • Experience in growing an existing product in attracting new customer base and new markets expansion.
    • Demonstrable experience of leading teams with context while being hands-on as required.
    • Proven experience in effectively driving cross-functional, cross-cultural stakeholder partnership with matrixed teams within and outside of your own function to achieve impactful outcomes.
    • It is an advantage to have a background in the iGaming industry and/or global payment experience preferably account to account payments.
