Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is a full-time position responsible for assisting with the inventory of presold, Insidesource and customer-owned inventories and corresponding invoicing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

    • Assist with management of Insidesource and customer-owned inventories to include the overall whereabouts and software database accuracy.
    • Responsible for inventory database accuracy using SnapTracker to include photographing, creating, and deleting.
    • Create, maintain, and manage inventory reservations.
    • Assist as needed with storage billing for over 30 day and AMS in business system(s).
    • Assist as needed with creating receiving records in Integrated Database for full reconciliation.
    • Add customer-owned inventory lines to Core orders as needed.
    • Verify all product in warehouse is tagged appropriately.
    • Notification and management of product returned to warehouse in accordance with    Insidesource return policy.
    • Assist if needed with scanning receiving documents daily to network.
    • Accountable for understanding and reporting of warehouse storage revenue and expenses.
    • Assist Service Operations Administrator as necessary with scanning and uploading electronic copies of documentation.

Skills/Knowledge Required

    • Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to interact at all levels of personnel in a professional manner and to communicate.
    • Ability to operate a forklift.
    • Strong product knowledge of major furniture lines, mostly Allsteel.
    • Experienced in inventory management process and procedures.
    • Understanding of warehousing process and procedures.
    • Understanding of revenue and expenses associated with warehouse.
    • Outstanding follow-up and follow through abilities.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to manage time to be highly efficient.
    • Owns requests and accepts responsibilities for taking the appropriate action.
    • An appetite for continuously learning new skills.
    • Self-starter with strong focus on sustainable results
    • A positive, can-do attitude to handle day-to-day challenges.

Experience/Education Required

    • Computer skills: comfortable with basic computer use and able to efficiently learn new programs as needed.
    • Preferred: inventory management, knowledge of IQ Coordinator, RPC Software Core Business System, or willingness to learn quickly.
Pay Range: $20 - 25 / hour
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and specific licensing or qualifications.
