We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

Finance Team
We’re the number-loving, insight-driven team behind the scenes, making sure Insify runs like a well-oiled machine. At the core of our work? Clarity, strategy, and scale. From budgeting and financial modeling to investor reporting and payment flows, we keep the business sharp, agile, and ready for growth. We work closely with every team—from product to operations—to turn data into decisions and build the financial engine powering our expansion across Europe. Whether it’s running smooth month-ends, diving into dashboards, or mapping the road ahead, we’re here to help Insify move fast and stay smart.
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance.
- Set up new products and partners in finance systems.
- Own the building and implementation of new partners reporting from the ground up.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reporting for insurers and partners
- Own premium billing and cash flows, performing reconciliations with precision.
- Manage insurer premium flows and ensure accurate fund allocation
- Monitor outstanding debtors and lead collections.
- Execute finance projects focused on process improvement and automation
- Support due diligence and annual audits
- Handle ad-hoc finance & accounting tasks as needed.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with excel, SQL and dashboarding tools.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
