Tech Team
We’re the team that brings ideas to life—end to end. From idea to design, development and maintenance. We focus on developer speed and autonomy, enabling engineers to ship high-quality code efficiently without unnecessary bottlenecks.
Our team is diverse, with people from different backgrounds, experience levels, and specialties, spread across multiple teams. We collaborate closely, learning from each other and solving complex challenges together. Whether it’s building something new, improving an existing system, we move fast and take ownership of what we build. We work with modern technologies, embrace experimentation, and continuously refine our processes to continue improving.
What you will be doing
Help us identify high-impact opportunities across customer operations and internal processes. You will partner with product, support, engineering, insurance, and design to implement solutions that improve customer experience, reduce manual work, and drive smarter decision-making. You will be the person our internal support team reaches out to regarding the use of our internal tools, and with that, help us iterate on our existing solutions to improve their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for our customer operations regarding our internal back-office systems and tools.
Collaborate on improvements and new functionalities as the representative of customer operations.
Manage manual policy administration tasks outside the scope of general customer operations.
Dive deep into issues, figuring out how to solve them short and long-term.
Assist with onboarding and training initiatives.
What you'll need
- An appetite for (technical) problem-solving
- Experience in (insurance) back office systems
- Experience with SQL and using REST APIs
- Ability to translate business needs into solutions and communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset — focused on real-world impact for our internal and external customers
- A background in insurance and or banking is preferred
- It is great if you have experience with Python, but not required
