Location: Our in-office Washington DC team comes together to collaborate in our Dupont Circle office Tuesday through Thursday and works from home Monday and Friday.
Compensation Range: $130,00-160,000 + annual bonus eligible

Your Mission: 
As the Revenue Operations Manager, your mission is to serve as the operational backbone of the go-to-market (GTM) organization, driving efficiency, data integrity, and strategic enablement across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery. You will lead efforts to streamline processes, build scalable systems, and ensure our teams have the tools, insights, and structure they need to execute effectively. 
By improving visibility, optimizing workflows, and maintaining system integrity, you will help the company scale sustainably and empower leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your work will directly support revenue growth and operational excellence across the business.

You will report to Fareha Ahmed, Head of Business Operations. 

What You'll Be Responsible for:

    • Revenue Systems & Data Stewardship:
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy. 
    • Ensure CRM and related systems contain clean, consistent, and up-to-date data to support go-to-market execution. 
    • Establish data governance practices to maintain high-quality information across all revenue systems. 

    • Process Optimization & Tool Integration: 
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate GTM workflows across Sales, BD, Marketing, and Delivery. 
    • Evaluate and integrate tools and systems within the existing tech stack to improve operational efficiency and scalability. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are adopted effectively and aligned with business needs. 

    • Operational Infrastructure & Documentation: 
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring revenue operations tasks. 
    • Create and update operational playbooks that outline key processes and responsibilities for Sales and Delivery teams. 
    • Manage internal systems and knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence) to centralize and document GTM processes and resources. 

    • Strategic & Ad Hoc Support: 
    • Partner with GTM leadership on special projects that support growth, enablement, and operational effectiveness. 
    • Support evolving business priorities with flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset. 

Who You Are:

    • Experienced Professional: 5–10 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, marketing or sales operations, or related roles within consulting, technical services, or B2B environments. 
    • Skilled Storyteller: You know how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with various audiences and align with strategic goals. 
    • Creative & Resourceful: Able to identify gaps in existing resources and collaborate to fill them. 
    • Strong Communicator: Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in reviewing content, formatting, and deadlines. 
    • Efficient & Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects with clarity and accountability. 
    • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experienced in working with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams.
