About Us:
Inspiration Mobility is the first Electrification AcceleratorTM - a company wholly committed to driving decarbonization in North America through electrification. Inspiration provides tailored, turnkey solutions that enable our customers and partners to achieve their business and sustainability goals as quickly as possible, with minimal risk. As the only EV-first Fleet Management Company (eFMCTM), Inspiration is your one partner to simplify fleet electrification - delivering vehicle leasing, EV-first fleet management services, and fully financed charging solutions.

Your Mission:
Your mission is to provide critical legal support and services to one of the most ground-breaking companies in the clean energy sector. You will report to our General Counsel, Christy Freer.  In your role, you will work closely with our Sales Team, our Fleet Operations, and our Customer Success Team on all legal aspects of onboarding new customers and supporting our existing customers, to ensure their seamless success in transitioning to EVs. You will also work closely with our Energy team to negotiate agreements for our charging solutions, and with our Services Team to provide our customers with the critical fleet management, vehicle maintenance and data-based services agreements they need to support their electrification journey.

The Legacy You’ll Leave:
As a result of your time in this role, our organization moved significantly faster and more efficiently on customer-facing deals and vendor arrangements because of your timely legal support. You facilitated the signing of multiple Master Lease Agreements, Master Services Agreements and related Schedules and SOWs for both new and existing customers as they transitioned their fleets to electric-only vehicles, resulting in thousands of new EVs on the road. Your contributions were crucial in supporting our Customer Success team in delivering a top-level experience to our customers who require quick and agile solutions. You also successfully handled various legal tasks, such as reviewing NDAs along with drafting and negotiating Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreements, Charging Services Agreements, Site Lease Agreements, and other documentation to enable the development of charging solutions nationwide.
