Compensation: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 + 10% annual target bonus
Location: This role is based in our Washington D.C. Office. Our in-office teams come together for collaborative work in the office Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Your Mission: 
Your mission is to drive the planning, tracking, and execution of projects that directly impact our innovative fleet management products and internal tools specifically tailored for fleet operators with EVs. You will lead the definition, development, and implementation of various projects - that our Product & Technology team is leading or coordinating - with the goal of supporting Inspiration’s customers and business units across our company.  

You will report to our Director, Product Management, Carlos Romano, as part of our growing Product & Technology team.

Due to your time in this role, you established a project management process that enabled our teams to work more efficiently. You produced effective feedback loops that made our team’s work easier and delighted our customers so much that they made the switch to EV’s faster than they would have otherwise.

What You’ll Be Responsible for In Your Role:

    • Clearly define our project management process, including scope of project through retrospective and then build it out  
    • Manage the data integration process for all 3rd party vendors 
    • Establish a rigorous feedback loop to improve the development process 
    • Identify new product features and functionality related to customer insights and business objectives 
    • Collaborate extensively with our Operations, Finance, and Engineering departments to identify, evaluate, and advance initiatives and strategies effectively 
    • Serve as an advocate for all internal & external customers 

Who You Are:

    • You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally for a fast-paced startup.  
    • You have at least 2 years of experience managing projects that have a heavy focus on data and data integrity 
    • You have demonstrated exceptional project management capabilities across the full lifecycle from planning to execution.  
    • You have a proven track record of identifying, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics  
    • You are a self-starter with the ability to take guidance from others and work on cross functional projects and product build outs 
    • You are energized and passionate about our mission to contribute to climate solutions by accelerating the electric vehicle transition 
    • Bonus points if you are proficient with SQL and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
