Salary Range: $65-85K, plus annual bonus eligible

Inspiration is the world’s first specialist investment, and asset management platform exclusively focused on accelerating the electrification of transportation in North America. Your Mission: 
As a critical member of our Fleet team, your mission is to enable our team to be more successful by analyzing and closing more transactions, improving the customer experience, and streamlining our internal processes while working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to support many of our internal teams, engage in governance and control functions (sales, customer success, data, and information management, portfolio management), and you will also work with some external partners such as our car manufacturer partners. Your goal is to help all the above teams work faster and more efficiently so that we can accelerate the transition of ICE vehicles (internal combustion engine) to EVs (electric vehicles)and decarbonize our planet.

Outcomes You'll Deliver:

    • Utilized and improved our Excel based financial models for vehicle leasing. Drafted pricing for all our new opportunities. Analyzed numerous economic return scenarios and provided recommendations to management on which deals and structures should be approved
    • Created customer presentations and proposals for our Fleet Services teams. Worked with our internal consulting team to develop cost savings opportunities for customers. Supported our end-to-end sales and onboarding process by ensuring all details were handled and completed and owned our lease schedule preparation
    • Prepared internal due diligence, conducted research and analysis for senior management, and drafted Investment Committee memos. Analyzed customer data to offer opportunistic structures to improve Total Cost of Ownership for EVs versus ICE vehicles and presented findings to our customers in conjunction with our sales and internal consulting teams 
    • Worked intimately with our analytics tools. Maintained and improved our process mapping tool (monday.com) to ensure end-to-end processes are complete and followed. Helped track and report on our progress against our Fleet team goals. Created data visualizations using Sigma you don’t need to have prior experience with the tool) to evaluate our key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintained our CRM tool (HubSpot) by capturing notes and next steps during the sales process

Who You Are:

    • You have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in business, economics, or an analytic-based curriculum. In other words, you have a solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts
    • You have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a role related to analytics, banking, finance, logistics, automotive,or supply chain or a Master’sdegree 
    • You are a self-starter who embeds yourself into the business and anticipates the next actions that our teams and projects require of you and you start delivering before anyone asks you to do so 
    • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can synthesize data into thoughtful and understandable drafts of memos, emails, and presentations 
    • You are adept at juggling numerous projects simultaneously and hit your deadlines 
    • You have exceptionally strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. You will use Sigma and HubSpot in your role but do not need prior experience with them 
    • Ideally, you have industry experience in one of the following areas (in order of preference):  transportation electrification, leasing, automotive or fleet applications,clean/renewable energy  
    • You have domain expertise and experience in one or more of the following sectors: i) fleet management / vehicle leasing or finance, ii) clean energy / renewables /sustainability, iii) asset investment / private credit / project finance. If you have experience in more than one of these domains, even better!
