Our team is working on a product which will be hosting a K-12 education technology and interoperability solution for school districts across the U.S., as well as building a central control hub for operating and monitoring these districts.

What you will do

    • Write maintainable, testable code that follows best-practice and conforms modern accessibility standards
    • Lead initiatives that drastically improve the quality of the system you work with
    • Successfully partner with other teams, such as client services, product management, and quality assurance
    • Be responsible for the project’s technical leading, for code reviews and merges
    • Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues and ensuring team health

What we look for

    • A bias to action, desire for ownership, and love for problem-solving
    • Experience in multiple programming languages (with an interest in learning more)
    • Demonstrated background with Node.js, Typescript, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL
    • Experience with cloud-hosted, high-traffic microservice applications is preferred
    • Knowledge of Terraform, React, Redis, ASP.NET Core is a plus
    • Demonstrated excellence in programming, debugging, architecture, and DevOps - our engineers design, build, and deploy their own code
    • Strong communication skills, fluency in English
