The Distribution Account Executive is a quota-bearing role responsible for owning the entire relationship with multiple channel distributors in LATAM with an emphasis on driving sales, reseller and service partner recruitment, enablement, and overall channel success.

What you will be doing:

    • Achieve quota by driving channel sales fulfilled via multiple distributors in LATAM
    • Gain a deep understanding of distributors' strategy and business goals
    • Collaborate with distribution partners to identify market opportunities
    • Recruit sales, services, referral, and other strategic partners through distributors
    • Develop meaningful relationships with key staff at all levels
    • Develop quarterly go-to-market plans with distributors
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors
    • Ensure ongoing training and enablement of distributor staff
    • Collaborate with channel account managers and channel sales coordinators to facilitate communication and deal flow between partners and distributors
    • Coordinate distributor marketing campaigns and events in conjunction with the channel marketing manager
    • develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the region
    • knowledge of the industry trends and the dynamics of the distributors in the LATAM region
    • identify new opportunities in the region
    • work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the performance of the regional distribution accounts
    • Develop regional marketing initiatives
    • Together with CAM’s and Marketing Manager responsible for managing sales and promotional forecasts and developing annual sales plans to meet revenue targets
    • develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase customer satisfaction
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, secure new orders and process orders as they come in
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase customer satisfaction
    • Together with CAM’s  identify potential areas of market growth, develop sales tactics to increase sales into these areas, and work closely with marketing to ensure maximum reach of Instructure’s products.

Here is what you will need to know/have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 + years of proven channels sales experience
    • Strong business acumen across sales, marketing, technical SaaS software
    • Experience selling enterprise level, SaaS sales and services through the channel
    • Experience selling at all levels, including “C” level and above
    • Proven experience managing partner relationships
    • Excellent strategic/consultative partner management skills
    • Ability to work in a program building environment
    • Self-directed ability to prioritize and complete tasks with little direction
